Writing a recount

We are learning to write a recount. Room 4 went on a field trip to the Botanical Gardens last week. We wrote about where we went, what we did, who we went with and when we went. After we wrote our stories, we published them. We used Kidpix to make a picture which matches our story. It is tricky remembering everything to put in our story sometimes. We are proud of our publishing.

I went to the Botanical Gardens. My favourite is the tunnel because it had water coming down. On the bus I talked to Celeste. We looked at the sculptures. Some were little, some were big. By Bella.
