Counting Money and Giving Change
I am learning to recognise the value of NZ coins to add, total and give change.
At first I thought it was hard but I could add the money. It was a bit harder to give change.
Bella, you counted the coins well. When the amounts of change of simple you can work them out but it was harder for amounts like $3.20 from $5.00. Mrs Templeton 21.11.16

Writing Recounts
I am learning to write a recount about my experiences.
- sequence my ideas
- add detail to my ideas
- use time words e.g. later, after, next, first, finally etc.
- use capital letters and full stops

Predicting, inferring and exploring vocabulary
I am learning to predict, make inferences and explore vocabulary

The questions were a bit hard for me but I could read what it says easy. Next time it would have been easier to help each other and talk about it more. - Bella 15.11.16
